Is Hainault Forest open during lockdown?
Currently our parks and open spaces including Hainault Forest and Fairlop Waters are open, but some of our facilities are closed (see below). All of our public toilets are now open except for Ray Park.
Is Hainault Forest farm open?

Is Hainault Forest parking free?
There are two fee-paying car parks owned by the London Borough of Redbridge on Fox Burrow Road (off the main Romford Road), as well as two free Woodland Trust car parks along Manor Road on the northern edge of the site. There are toilets with disabled facilities in the Redbridge section of Hainault Forest Country Park.
Are Redbridge libraries open?
Good News! We are open. Our opening hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Reduced book browsing, PC use and limited study spaces will also be available. Redbridge Central Library is located in the east of the borough. The library offers a range of services, study spaces and large meeting rooms available for hire.

The walking route explores the adjacent Hainault Forest Country Park, with chance to see beautiful ancient woodland, a pretty lake and even a city farm and zoo. The walk is relatively flat with just a couple of gentle slopes.
Is the Foxburrows farm part of Hainault Forest?
The country park is complete with the fantastic Foxburrows Farm, fishing lake, nature trails, guided walks, bridle paths, guided walks, ancient woodland and forest. Hainault Golf Course is situated next door to the park although it is not part of Hainault Forest Country Park.
