I purchased our hp pavilion g6-2006ax in Oct 2012 from dick smith. Reasonable laptop for the price, but have had issues. Fan stopped working so off to warranty repair after just 3 months. Now just on 8 months after purchase the hard drive died. I suppose you get what you pay for. Speakers on it are awesome though. Maybe i just purchased a dud.
