They work very fast and efficient. There were 20 people ahead of me and they average about 5 mins per person. Don’t forget to get a ticket right when you walk in!!

The first receptionist should have checked him in and had the blood test done in MOB instead of assuming a non English speaking older patients need to go to a walk in lab next building. He maybe late for his next appointment if he did wait in the hospital lab. The middle receptionist should not jump in for the rude comment.
